Is it secure?

Each bay has its own mesh enclosure and padlock gate. The front door uses a smart lock and each tenant gets their own code. The Loft has a separate code-locked gate at the top of the stair.

Can I get in after hours?

Yes, 24/7. The roller door opens from an app or remote, and the pedestrian door with your personal code.

Can I work in there?

Light work is fine: packing, assembly, small repairs, studio work. Heavy dust, loud machinery or hazardous chemicals aren't suitable because the space is shared.

Why not a self-storage unit?

Storage units usually have no power and no room to work, and the nearest is a drive away. Here you get power, a sink, a high stud and somewhere to park and load, in Matakana village.

Can I view it without you being there?

Yes. Watch the tour first. If you'd like to see it in person, we send you a 30-minute access code and can join you on a video call.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is a marked park right out front, and the roller door opens straight onto the yard for loading.
